Payment
To secure your order, a 30% non refundable deposit is required (orders under $30 to be paid in full). The remaining amount must be paid 1 week prior to the agreed pick up or delivery date. If this does not occur, you will receive a kind reminder to pay within the next 24 hours. Failing to do so will result in an automatic cancellation of your order. Payment details are located on your invoice.

Refunds
Once payment is made, your order is confirmed. Cancelling an order will result in loss of your deposit.
No refunds will be given to cancellations made 48hrs prior to date of pick-up/delivery.
No refunds will be given to products damaged after pick up or delivery.
No refunds will be given to no-shows.
No refunds given to purchases of gift vouchers.

Order changes
Please get in contact asap for any changes you need to make to your order. Fees may apply depending on the changes as resources may have already been purchased to create your order.

Pick-up & Delivery
Pick up/delivery dates and times will be discussed upon order confirmation. Please get in touch asap for any changes, we will do our best to accomodate but it is not always guaranteed.
If you are not on time to your agreed pick-up time (15min window given), you will be subject to a late fee of $10/hr.

Every order is custom and handmade, so please allow atleast 5 business days for your order to be made BEFORE it is shipped out. No orders will be shipped unless full payment is made.

Allergies
Your goods are made in a kitchen that may contain traces of nuts and other allergens. All cookies & cupcakes contain gluten, dairy and eggs unless specified otherwise.
Dairy & egg free sugar cookies are availalable upon request

Product Care
Once your order is picked up or delivered, the goods are in your hands. Please ensure they are handled safely for the trip home.
Cookies:
All cookies come sealed and remain fresh for 4 weeks. Do not refridgerate cookies as the fondant may sweat causing colours to bleed. Keep out of direct sunlight as light will cause colours to fade.
Cupcakes:
Cupcakes are best eaten within 48hrs. Keep cupcakes out of sunlight and refridgerate in warm weather to ensure icing doesn't melt. If refrigerated, bring to room temperature before consuming. Discard if not eaten after 4 days.

Gift Vouchers
To redeem voucher, fill in a contact form with an uploaded photo of your voucher and what you would like to order. Photo proof of voucher must be provided to redeem. Voucher must be signed by authorised person to be valid. Voucher must be spent in a single transaction. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non refundable. Vouchers do not have an expiry date, but are subject to being redeemed based on date availability.
